Data Encription

• PGP - Innovative Mailing Services utilizes PGP Encription Software. PGP solutions are built on the recognized OpenPGP (RFC 2440 and RFC 3156) standard. PGP encryption is one of two email encryption standards recommended by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST 400-85) available at: http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/nistpubs/800-45-version2/SP800-45v2.pdf

• HIPAA - WFTP meets the encryption requirements for HIPAA transactions and file transfers.
   
• FIPS - The WFTP Sotfware uses OpenSSL FIPS 140- 2 (Federal Information Processing Standard) validated cryptographic module (certificate #1051)

1. First you need to have Secure FTP Client Software installed in your computer

2. Call Innovative Mailing Services to get your User ID and Password. W will need
     to know  what type of encryption software you use.

3. Log on to our server at sftp.IMSTucson.com.

4. Make sure to enter your User ID and Password.

5. Upload your files from your computer into the ftp folder.

6. Log off.
