Three Steps to Check and Estimate Postage

 1. CHECK MAIL PIECE THICKNESS

Small Post Card 3-1/2"x5" to 4-1/4"x6" = .007" Thick

Everything Else = .009" Thick

Notice To Printers: Add .0005" to the paper thickness listed on your paper catalogs.

For some reason, paper here in Tucson will typically measure about half a mil thinner than the specs in your paper catolog. The thicker the better.

   Other Notes:

    1. A 20lb sheet of paper (copy paper) folded in thirds is OK for barcodes but still needs double    tabs.(Paper weight less than 70lb requires two tabs.)
    2. A 20lb sheet of paper folded in half IS NOT THICK ENOUGH. WE CANNOT BARCODE.
