Property Security
Innovative Mailing Services is a secure facility.
The facility is protected by full survelliance 7 days a week 24 hours a day with all entry in and out recorded by off-site monitoring. All non-emploee personnel must sign in upon entering and sign out upon leaving the facility and must be escorted by an employee at all times while in the facility. Transportation vehicles are monitored and secured and locked at all times.

Electronic Information
Innovative Mailing Services has state-of-the-art internet  security.
All networks and access points are secured and monitored with all activity recorded and logged. Current firewall and virus protection is in effect at all times on all work stations. Customer information is viewed on a need-to-know basis.

Use of Company Confidential Information
Innovative Mailing Services respects your company's privacy.
In the course of normal business, we receive Company Confidential Information from various sources. This information is not transferred, sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties, except as allowed by the owner of the information or as may be required by law. Your information is always protected as Company Confidential Information and is used only for your company's business purposes. All electronic information is securely deleted after it is no longer needed. All confidential papers are shredded using the Security Level 5 shredders.

E-mails are not a completely secure transfer method, therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of any information you e-mail to us. We recommend that if need to transfer information the you deem Company Confidential, you contact us to find out more about our secure FTP file transfers.
